MaaSadqay.com is operated by MS MaaSadqay ("we," "us," "our"). Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to MaaSadqay. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, govern your use of MaaSadqay.com, including all information, tools, and services offered.

1. General Terms

  • By using our website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or state of residence or have provided your consent to allow your minor dependents to use the site.
  • MaaSadqay reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • We reserve the right to update, change, or replace these Terms by posting updates on this page. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Orders and Payments

  • We accept payments via Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and online wallets. Debit/credit card payments qualify for a 5% discount.
  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed and dispatched the same day; orders placed afterward are dispatched the next business day.
  • Free shipping is offered for orders above PKR 5,000. Otherwise, a flat fee of PKR 250 applies for delivery within Pakistan.
  • For international shipping, customers must contact our support team for a personalized shipping quote.

3. Shipping Policy

  • Domestic Deliveries:
    • Lahore: Delivery within 2 business days.
    • Outside Lahore: 3-4 business days.
  • International Shipping: Handled on a case-by-case basis. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or additional charges.
  • Delays and Damages: While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In case of loss or damage during transit, contact our support team immediately.
  • Refusal of Delivery: Customers refusing confirmed COD deliveries may be barred from placing future orders or charged for incurred costs.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy.
  • Sale items and hygiene-related products (e.g., undergarments) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product, and all items must be in original packaging, unused, and with tags attached.

5. Prohibited Uses

Users are prohibited from:

  1. Using the site for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  2. Submitting false or misleading information or reviews.
  3. Uploading viruses or malicious code.
  4. Violating intellectual property rights or our proprietary rights.
  5. Refusing COD orders after confirmation.

Any violations may result in the immediate termination of your account or services.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on MaaSadqay.com, including text, images, and branding, is the intellectual property of MS MaaSadqay. Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, or use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

  • Engaging with third-party services is at your discretion and subject to their terms and conditions.

8. Accuracy and Modifications

  • While we strive for accuracy, errors in product descriptions, pricing, and availability may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors or cancel orders without prior notice.
  • Prices and product availability are subject to change at any time.

9. User Comments and Feedback

  • By submitting feedback, ideas, or suggestions ("comments"), you grant us the right to use, edit, or publish them without restriction or compensation.
  • Comments must not violate any third-party rights or contain unlawful, defamatory, or malicious content.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • MaaSadqay provides services "as is" and "as available" without any guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free use.
  • We are not liable for:
    1. Shipping delays or courier errors.
    2. Variations in product colors, sizes, or fit.
    3. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website or product use.

In jurisdictions that do not allow liability exclusions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Arbitration and Governing Law

  • In case of disputes, the parties agree to resolve them first through arbitration. If arbitration fails, disputes will be governed by the laws of Pakistan and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lahore, Pakistan.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

13. Termination

  • These Terms remain effective unless terminated by either you or us.
  • We may terminate or suspend your access to the site without notice if you breach these Terms.
