Return and Exchange Policy
At MaaSadqay, we want you to love every piece of clothing you receive from us. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to make the process of returns and exchanges as smooth and worry-free as possible. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re committed to making things right.
Return Policy:
If you need to return an item, we’re happy to assist! Please note the following:
- Condition: All returned items must be unworn, with their tags attached, and in their original, unopened packaging.
- Time Frame: All return requests should be made as soon as you receive your parcel, and the item must reach us within 7 days of being received by you.
- Refund Process: Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, we’ll process your refund. The cost of the items will be refunded to your bank account, minus any courier fees.
- Shipping Costs: You’ll need to bear the courier charges for sending the item back to us.
Exchange Policy:
We understand that sometimes you may want to exchange an item for a different size or product, and we’re happy to help with that too:
- Condition: All items must be unworn, in their original, unopened packaging, with tags attached.
- Time Frame: Please send the item back to us within 7 days from the date your parcel was delivered.
- Shipping Costs: The courier charges for both returning and sending the exchanged item will be paid by the customer. A flat fee of PKR 250 will apply for shipping the exchanged item back to you.
- Processing: Once we receive the original item, we’ll send out the exchange as soon as possible.
Important Notes:
- No Exchange or Return on Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Hygiene-Related Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items (like undergarments) cannot be exchanged or returned. We will always clearly specify these items on their product pages.
